Delphos has some nifty features that help keep a clean layout while still providing easy access to all the functionality that Posterous offers.

Ii includes a sharing panel to hide the Tweet and Facebook buttons from cluttering the page while still keeping them accessible.

Along the bottom is a bar that handles the subscription, profile, links, search, tags, and archive blocks, all accessible with a rollover of the mouse.

It also includes background image support, so if you don't like the default green/red/orange background image, you can replace it with your own using the Header Image property in the Posterous theme editor.
